SurveySpeak

SurveySpeak is an exciting new integrated telephone questionnaire tool which allows you to offer your respondents the choice between responding to your questionnaire electronically, or via telephone. Exactly the same questionnaire can be used and the two types of responses are automatically collated into the one survey report. Multichoice responses are converted and logged, as in an online survey, whilst actual voice recordings of narrative responses can be listened to with a simple mouse-click within the report also.

During set-up, you can choose between letting the system generate the questions directly from text using the revolutionary new voice conversion process, or pre-record the verbal files using your preferred voice – possibly a celebrity voice! Making changes to the survey takes merely minutes (when using the automatic voice conversion) and therefore provides for quick changes to capture instant feedback on any new situation.
