Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

SurveyShack’s fully managed TNA feedback process provides for analysis and reporting on the training needs of individuals, designated teams (or departments), or even the entire organisation. The process can also carry out 360 degree assessments on candidates where more insightful and unbiased feedback on the organisation’s leadership and management is required.

The questionnaires are sent to all participants via email and participants provide their responses online. The data is collated and available for review immediately that a respondent completes their questionnaire, and all participants are tracked so reminders can be sent to those who may be a little slow to respond.

A range of questionnaire templates based on a core set of skills derived from over 2500 competencies can be branded and used, or an entirely bespoke questionnaire based on an organisations own in-house skills framework can be set up if required.

Reports can be as simple or as detailed as the client requires. Gaps between the candidates self scores and the scores of other participants in their assessment can be easily highlighted using a combination of charts or the tried and true RAG (i.e. Red, Amber and Green) colours in a scores table.
