Training Needs Analysis Questionnaire (TNA)

SurveyShack’s fully managed Training Needs Analysis (TNA) feedback process provides for analysis and reporting on the training needs of individuals, designated teams (or departments), or even the entire organisation. The process can also carry out 360 degree assessments on candidates where more insightful and unbiased feedback on the organisation’s leadership and management is required.

The training needs analysis questionnaire is sent to all participants via email and participants provide their responses online. The data is collated and available for review immediately that a respondent completes their questionnaire, and all participants are tracked so reminders can be sent to those who may be a little slow to respond.
