As a result of the feedback received, Xcite West Lothian Leisure’s 'Learn To Swim' service was able to be adapted to further improve the customer journey and as a result of the improved quality of delivery, the uptake of the “Learn to Swim” programme has now increased noticeably.Because Xcite West Lothian Leisure do consult their customers regularly in this way, and are also seen to act swiftly on the feedback they receive, this clearly demonstrates their commitment to their customers.
Xcite West Lothian Leisure also discovered that staff attitudes were further boosted as a result of the overall positive feedback received from customers. By sharing the feedback with all staff and their being able to clearly to see that their customers had been very complimentary of all of them. This underlined that there is an extremely high level of customer service and customer care being achieved by all levels within the West Lothian Leisure team.
