360 degree appraisal module

The White Label Option also offers a full 360 appraisal module which provides for candidate and associate or peer assessments using the same questionnaire. The system adapts each questionnaire to whoever the candidate or associate respondent is and all 360 projects can be managed using a special 360 project management tool providing live updates of those who have responded or not, the automatic or manual sending out of reminders and instant access to results. This saves a LOT of time not having to send out multiple copies of the same questionnaire and then having to collate each set of results per 360 subject candidate.

Instantaneous reports are available on an individual, group/team basis or accross the entire organisation.
