360 Degree Assessment and Appraisal Feedback 

360 assessments provide a complete view of a candidate's skills and competency through the combined feedback of their own self assessment plus other suitable feedback providers or 'raters'. These raters can consist of any combination of their line manager, peers, direct reports and even external associates such as clients or suppliers perhaps. Each participant in the 360 degree appraisal of a candidate completes their own separate copy of the same questionnaire, which then requires the collation of all the responses into one report for each candidate.
In large organisations, this can amount to a great deal of data processing. If for example 100 managers are assessed, each with 6 or so raters, this results in 600 responses! Not only does consolidating so many sets of data require a lot of precious time, generating insightful reports from all this data can also add considerably to resources and therefore cost.
SurveyShack's 360 system takes care of all the data processing and reporting, leaving you to focus on maximising the benefits of your assessment program. The system sends out the questionnaire to all participants electronically (via email), tracks who has and has not responded, receives and collates all responses for each candidate being assessed and reports on each – completely electronically.*
By using our 360 Managed Service option, our specialist project managers can assist with the design and set up of your  360 appraisal questionnaire and report,  take care of the upload and deployment of email invitations, provide regular status reports during the live phase of the project, deploy reminders to help maximise responses, and prepare each candidate and group summary report once the project closes.
If you prefer to set up and administer your own 360 projects, the 360 module can be activated within your ProAccount or WhiteLabel account.  Administrators of the 360 tool can design and create any number of unique questionnaires to cater for different skills sets and levels of management within the organisation, or select the most appropriate questionnaire from an extensive list of templates.

* The system also provides for data entry from hard copies of the questionnaire if required. Participants responding by hard copy (e.g. shop-floor or field-based staff perhaps), can still be tracked by the system to show whether they have yet to respond.
